Strong Towns: Effects of Eliminating Parking Minimums
Sandpoint, Idaho had a parking problem downtown; buildings were being demolished to make way for required parking spaces. However, after eliminating one line of zoning code, the city found that eliminating parking minimums for development led to an increase in jobs and millions in added value. Learn more.
