University Circle Shared E-scooter & E-bike Survey

The City of Cleveland launched the shared mobility pilot program this past August. Whether you're an active e-scooter user or not, we want to hear your thoughts on the program! Please take a few minutes and fill out the University Circle shared mobility survey.

The survey will remain open until January 8, 2020.
E. 105th Street Rehabilitation Project: Public Meeting

Starting in January 2020, the rehabilitation of E 105th Street from East Boulevard to Greenlawn Avenue will begin. Project construction is anticipated to last for one year.

Join the City of Cleveland's Office of Capital Projects and Division of Engineering and Construction for a public meeting to learn more about the project on Thursday, December 12 from 6:00 - 7:30 pm at the Doan Classroom Apartments at 1350 East 105th Street Cleveland, OH 44108. Regional Bike & Pedestrian Survey: ACTIVATE
The Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) is creating a new bicycle and pedestrian plan to improve access and safety across our region. Even if you ride occasionally or enjoy a leisurely stroll, NOACA is looking for input from everyone to ensure the plan serves all residents! Take our survey here.
What happened to UHBikes?

Cleveland’s bike share system (formerly UHBikes) is taking a winter hiatus. The operator is making upgrades to move from the hybrid station-based system to a dockless bike share system.The change aligns with broader shared mobility trends across the U.S. focused on more flexibility in shared mobility with point to point travel. Cleveland.com covered the UHBikes update in a recent news article.
Did you know?
  • The east side suburban municipalities are looking for feedback from residents about shared e-bikes and e-scooters. If you live in Cleveland Heights, Euclid, South Euclid, University Heights or Shaker Heights, take a moment to complete this survey.
  • The City of Cleveland's Vision Zero initiative is underway to reduce all serious injury and fatal traffic crashes to zero. Check out the national Vision Zero Network's recent interview with Bike Cleveland's, Jacob Vansickle.

In case you missed it!
  • Hourly public parking ($1/hour via Parkmobile) and monthly permit parking ($80/month) are now available at the former CDC site at 11717 Euclid Avenue. Contact University Circle Inc. at 216-791-3900 to obtain a permit in this lot. For more info about parking options in University Circle, click here.
  • People on bicycles and on foot are often the first ones to notice road problems, as they are affected first-hand by road debris and other hazards. The City of Cleveland has a dedicated and responsive service line you can call – 311 – where you can report these hazards. It's as easy as dialing 3-1-1 from your phone.
