Master the flakiest puff pastry without all the intense labor of traditional recipes as you learn the technique from a third generation baker, and a Sizzleworks favorite instructor, Chef Reginald Beck. We also will make both savory and sweet scones that will rival those of any bakery! There will be plenty of time to discuss the techniques of measuring, mixing, and dough temperature to ensure the most flaky and tender scones you've ever had. All this, and a delicious lunch, too!
