This free event is for families who have young adults ages 13 - 21 and beyond with disabilities, to better understand the transition process.


Vendors will be available to visit throughout the day to provide information and resources. A free lunch will be provided.

If so, watch your mail for a letter from SD Department of Human Services (DHS) with a Renewal Postcard that you must return to remain on the Respite Program. The letter/renewal postcard should arrive in late April or early May.
