Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental health is our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also determines how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

To recognize this month, you might participate in a variety of events, reach out to a friend, or take care of yourself in new ways. Contact NAMI for more information.
