SD DEPT OF HUMAN SERVICES CONDUCTING STATEWIDE LISTENING SESSIONS.
YOUR INPUT NEEDED!

The mission of DHS is to enhance the quality of life for the elderly and disabled in partnership with stakeholders. DHS is seeking community input about services and supports offered to individuals with disabilities across the lifespan.  If you are an elderly individual, an individual with a disability, or a family member who provides support to a child, youth, adult, or senior adult, DHS would like to visit with you.

SD Parent Connection is partnering with DHS to host listening sessions in the communities listed below.

Please join an event near you to share your insights with the Department.

Accommodations requests should be made at least 5 days prior to the event, please contact SD Parent Connection at 800-640-4553 or sdpc@sdparent.org.
