“There’s no place like home”

As the plane gently touched down at Ben Gurion airport, a feeling of security, safety and peacefulness washed over me.

There are many nice places in the world, however, there is no place like home.

Eretz Yisroel is our home!

One example, as my wife and I were waiting on what seemed to be an endless line waiting for our rental car, suddenly, one of the employees comes out -(the line had extended into the street), and said, “Who wants ices?”

He then proceeded to distribute a seemingly endless supply of ice cold ices to the entire queue of people!

Only at “home” does someone do something like that!

I could go on and on.

However, Vasikin is about to start and I don’t want to be late!

I miss you all and I miss the Shul.
