Saturday, June 17th, will be extraordinarily energetic at WES. Along with our regular friends representing the Jewish and Muslim communities, we will host a yard sale starting around 8:30am, led and organized by WES member Jennifer Linkletter.

Jennifer is making her final good-bye with the selling of her things that won't move with her to the Netherlands. Check out the information below about what she has to offer. AND... if you have some items yourself to sell please contact Jennifer to coordinate with her to participate. Consider this as an easy way to invite friends and neighbors to WES and come by and shop and sell and say good-bye to Jennifer. She is seeking volunteers to help her unload, make signs and have fun with her. Contact her at linkletterje@gmail.com or 202-910-8110.

Some items include:
-antique dressers, side tables and lamps
-barely used king size TempurPedic mattress and wooden bedframe and headboard
-E-bike (originally bought for $2,500)
-Decorations and artwork from Nepal
-almost new Ikea armchair, ottoman, and faux leather sofa
-2 floor lamps
-and much more!

Everything must go! Anything remaining will go to A Wider Circle, so don't be shy, make an offer.

Additionally, our friends at the DC Labor Chorus are hosting their Juneteenth concert at WES on Saturday. Starts at 7:30 pm. IT'S FREE!! PLEASE RSVP HERE.  And share all of this great information with your friends, neighbors, and your extended community.
