We are looking forward to seeing everyone and watching you play in our 2019 Holiday Tournament
PLEASE use pull down draws for match times-
No shows are penalized by the USTA.

Please re-check your times Wednesday evening for 10s- and often for other age groups. We often have changes & defaults and may have trouble reaching you.
First Match times are posted on draws on website.

Later times and Consolations times will be posted later.
We want to schedule as many matches as possible in the consolation.
Please come 20 minutes early for your match. If courts are available early we will ask you to start early. Sometimes matches run longer than expected and tournament may run behind schedule. We will not have warm up courts,
We have water on the courts but NO CUPS- Please bring a water bottle- We are a GREEN Facility!
10 & under Orange will play on Thursday.
Orange L1 is divided into 2 draws- A and B.

Tournament Guidelines:
- Check-in at the tournament desk upon arrival. Player should check in 20min. before match time.
- Ask at the TennisPlex front desk to be directed the tournament check-in desk when you arrive at the TennisPlex.
- Make sure to stay close to the tournament desk area once you have checked in with the director. If you leave and cannot be found at the time your match is called -- you will forfeit your match.
- Make sure you go to the bathroom BEFORE you check-in.
- When you check in, be ready to play.
- Disappearing to warm-up is not acceptable.
- If you were a late entry or a player from the alternate list, you must pay before your first match.
- Call office to charge to Credit Cards.

All draw times and/or changes, all announcements, and all messages will be posted there for viewing.
