Advocacy You Should Know

AB 130

As part of a CBIA coalition, we are requesting that City’s join the CBIA’s call to revise Section 58 in the newly passed AB 130. This portion of the legislation will allow VMT charges in cities that can add costs to housing production. The coalition, Care About Housing, is getting early interest from some jurisdictions and we are hopeful that the San Diego region will be well represented.
