On Wednesday, January 21st, our Young Generation of Leaders (y|GEN) Council hosted our first event of the year bringing together our 2026 y|GEN members with several founding board members of the council. The y|GEN Alumni who were able to join us shared stories of our founding in 2007 and offered guidance on how current members can continue to grow and increase involvement to maximize the opportunities y|GEN offers. Thank you to MSI Surfaces for hosting our first event of the year!

The Building Industry Association's y|GEN Mentor Program fosters structured professional growth by targeting the individual needs of mentees to develop their careers to the fullest potential.
