I encourage you to get involved—join a committee, attend events, share your ideas, or even consider serving on the yGEN board. Your engagement is what makes yGEN thrive.

The Building Industry Association's y|GEN Mentor Program fosters structured professional growth by targeting the individual needs of mentees to develop their careers to the fullest potential.
