In a continued effort to amplify young female voices, I'm excited to introduce you to STEM Without Boundaries - a nonprofit organization that has made science, technology, engineering, and mathematics more accessible to 224,000 students across 30 countries and 37 states. What you might find even more impressive is that the leadership team is made up of teenagers.
This week's 5-minute read features my interview with Aliyah Hirji, Chief Operating Officer and high school senior, as we discussed everything from virtual learning to getting more girls involved in the often male-dominated fields of STEM.
We can all use as much hope as we can get, and today's youth give me that in droves. Enjoy!
