I'm a sucker for a good interview, and over the past week I've listened to 5 or 6 of them from my podcast playlist. My favorite conversation was with Mark Cuban on Adam Grant's podcast called ReThinking. If you don't know Adam Grant, he is an organizational psychologist, Wharton's top-rated professor for 7 years, author of 5 New York Time's Bestselling books, and the list of admirable accolades goes on. And, I'm sure you know Mark Cuban. 

In a short 45 minutes, they discuss everything from Mark's incredible efforts to make prescriptions affordable, his favorite shark to do business with, how social media impacts pro basketball players at halftime, and why following your passion is the worst advice. (I especially enjoyed Adam's afterthoughts on that last part!) There were numerous aha moments throughout this episode, and their ability to breakdown the complicated healthcare system in a way that made sense was a gust of fresh air.
