The FSA is hosting a Halloween Fun Food event with Buona. Orders are due today by 3pm today for the October 31 lunch service. There are two important steps when placing your order in Membership Toolkit:

Step 1: LOG INTO your membership toolkit account and make sure to update your family information, including current grade level and homeroom for each child:

Step 2: PLACE YOUR order for each child. Here, you can also register to volunteer to help serve lunch - a good number of volunteers are needed to help the event run efficiently for the students, so please consider helping out.

Ofrenda Altar

Culture Club is again creating an Ofrenda in the main lobby to celebrate Dia de los Muertos. In Hispanic Culture, an ofrenda is an altar built to honor lost loved ones. Photos and offerings are displayed to help us remember, celebrate, and honor their lives. We invite families to add to our altar by sharing a photo of someone special who has passed on. Please send your photos with your child's name and homeroom to Mrs. Natalie Bachler.

We also thank our Culture Club for planning a fun and educational Hispanic Heritage Assembly last week. Enjoy some photos from the assembly HERE.

Scholastic Book Fair

The FSA is hosting a Scholastic Book Fair during the school day on Wednesday, November 8, and Thursday, November 9. In next week’s newsletter, we will share details on setting up an e-wallet (and how to utilize leftover funds you may have in last year's e-wallet), along with volunteer opportunities. Thank you to the FSA for returning this student-loved event for another year! For questions, please get in touch with FSA Book Fair Coordinator Carolyn Burke at [email protected].
