Family Directory

The St. Barnabas School Family Directory is published through DirectorySpot. It connects us as a community and includes parent/guardian names, phone numbers, and email addresses, along with students' names, grade levels, and homerooms. Only current St. Barnabas School parents, guardians, and staff are granted access to this password-protected directory.

We recommend using the Directory Spot app for easy access via your phone. If you have previously used Directory Spot, just log in as you normally would. To set up a first-time access, view the set-up guide.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

If you haven't already, please book a Parent-Teacher Conference if you'd like to connect with your child's teacher. Conferences will be held in person on Wednesday, October 7, from 4pm - 7pm, and Thursday, October 8, from 1pm - 6pm. Junior High students (6th, 7th, 8th grade) are encouraged to attend the conference with their parents/guardians. All Conferences are 10 minutes in length. You may register for up to two conferences per child. Register for PTC

Satisfaction Survey

Your thoughts and experiences matter to us. In early October, you’ll receive an email with a link to the annual Archdiocese Fall Parent Satisfaction Survey. Please take a few minutes to share your feedback; it helps us celebrate what’s working well and identify opportunities to improve our school.

Please watch for a message from schoolfeedback@archchicago.org with the survey link and take a few moments to share your feedback. We would love to hear from our entire community about how the start of this school year has been.

THANK YOU

Fall Fest - A huge thank you to everyone involved in planning and implementing Fall Fest, including The Men’s Club, led by Pat Wirtz; the School Advisory Board; FSA; Journey Youth Ministry; our 8th-grade volunteers; and parish and school staff. It was a beautiful evening for connecting as a community.

Flower Mums - Thank you to all those who purchased flower mums to support the FSA. We also thank our 8th-grade volunteers for their help and Kathleen Hogan for coordinating the sale.

Living Rosary - Thank you to our 7th-grade students for sharing their reverence and faith with the St. Barnabas community at yesterday’s Living Rosary communion service. Gathering in prayer is a powerful experience, and we are grateful to all the parents, grandparents, and community members who shared in the service.
