Christmas Pageant this Afternoon
Please join us this afternoon at 1:45pm in the Church for a student-led telling of the Nativity story.
All students will return to school after the pageant and be dismissed, as usual, at the end of the day. Due to the high volume of students in the pageant, we ask families not to request early pick-up today.

Christmas Activities on Sunday!
Pre-ordered Luminaries may be picked up this Sunday, December 15, from 11am - 1pm in the parking lot. Remember to light your luminaries before Christmas Eve mass, and email any pictures to mmcgowan@stbarnaparish.org. Thank you to our 8th-grade students and parents who volunteered their time for the luminaries.
Spirit Wear Pop-up Shop - Pick up preordered spirit wear or shop for same-day purchases at the FSA Pop-up shop on Sunday from 11am - to 1pm in the Main Hall of the school. Santa Claus will be making an appearance!
Men’s Clubs pre-ordered wreaths can be picked up after Saturday 4pm and Sunday 10am mass this weekend. A limited quantity may also be available for same-day purchase. Please contact Pat Wirtz at pwirtz@alumni.nd.edu with questions.

Monday begins our upcoming Christmas dress-down week! All attire should be school-appropriate and keep with the chosen theme for the day. No slippers or slide-style footwear, please!

Preschool Pageant on Thursday
Join us in the Church on Thursday, December 19, for a heartfelt retelling of the Christmas story by our preschool students. The 10am school day performance has limited seating for adults. The 6:30pm evening performance has ample seating and viewing.
All preschool students dismiss from school at 10:50am and will return for the evening performance.

Band Christmas Concert on Thursday
All are invited to join us for an exuberant Christmas concert on Thursday, December 19, at 7:30 pm in the Gym. Our school band will perform alongside students from St. Christopher, St. Cletus, and St. Francis Xavier.
Band members: please arrive shortly before 7pm; bass players and percussionists should arrive by 6:45pm with amps. Please wear red, white, or black polo shirts, black pants or skirts, and black dress shoes. Christmas hats are encouraged as well! All band members should bring a music stand with their name on it.

Sweetheart Soiree Tickets Available!
The annual Sweetheart Soiree, hosted by the FSA is Friday, January 17. Girls in Preschool - Grade 8 are encouraged to bring their favorite date - father, grandfather, or any special adult. The evening includes dancing and desserts, and a photographer will be on hand to capture special moments.
