Stay Connected!

Directory Spot - We hear rave reviews from the parents who use our school directory in the Directory Spot app. There are loads of helpful features in the mobile app, including a listing of school parent/guardians cell phones and emails and quick links to school events calendars and news items. Under the staff listing, just tap a homeroom teacher's name to see their class roster! Learn more about setting up your access.

Text Alerts - be sure you are signed up to receive text alerts from St. Barnabas School. Earlier this week, we sent a quick reminder of the 1:30 Wednesday dismissal; if you did not receive it, you're likely not registered properly. Text YES to 67587 to opt in.

News - We also have a running list of news items we call "Stay in the Know." These helpful details are linked above in Quick Links and also found on our website homepage.

THANK YOU

As the saying goes…It takes a village. We have a long list of thank yous from this past week for the parents and organizations who have shared their time, patience, and knowledge to make our school the special place it is.

Parent Halloween Helpers - to the many parents who helped coordinate classroom parties, cheered on our students at the parade, sent gifts to share, supported pumpkin decorating efforts, and lovingly helped their child prepare a Halloween costume - thank you. Halloween memories last a lifetime, and we are grateful St. Barnabas gets to be a part of those memories.

8th Grade Parent Committee - the details, effort, and creativity that went into the execution of the 8th Grade Halloween Dance was inspiring; our Class of 2025 is one lucky group. Big thanks to the Pfeiffers and Conways for leading the evening.

Fun Food Coordinators and Barracos - Elise Mayer, Kathleen Hogan, and the Barraco family and staff - thank you for leading the way on our Halloween Fun Food

SPR Service Day Volunteers - Thank you to the many families who volunteered their time to be part of the SPR Service Day! We are so thrilled you continue our commitment to service.

Culture Club - to our members of Culture Club, thank you for the care and consideration you put into planning our Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations. The mass, ofrena altar, and assembly all help to educate us and remind us - We belong to each other.

Principal Stack - October is National Principals Month, and we are incredibly thankful and proud to have Mr. Jonathan Stack as our principal. He approaches each day with thoughtful consideration and is filled with boundless enthusiasm in advocating for our students. Thank you, Principal Stack, for the many long hours you dedicate to our St. Barnabas community.
