Dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus, part of the growing repentance remnant, cleansing as His Bride, getting ready for His soon return as our Bridegroom-----
The Risen Christ urges us to be zealous to repent: Revelation 3: 19. He wants us to be an overcomer to sit with Him on His throne as He sat down on His Abba Father's throne. Revelation 3:21. To get to that place He knocks on the door of our hearts and minds, wanting to dine with us, to spend time to chew over old sin issues which now can be released, using His Holy Spirit and His Word: 2 Corinthians 10: 3-5.
Another occasion of zealousness can be seen in the incident with Phinehas, part of the prayers and declarations in tonight's Capitol Hill Prayer Partners repentance hour, outlined below.
Question for you and me and our Holy Spirit Teacher: are we as zealous to repent as a Phinehas? Are we more zealous for our families or sports teams than we are to repent and remove our old sin patterns?

Communion, Spirit Prayer, and the blowing of the Shofar – Lisa
Father God in the name, blood and authority of Yeshua Ha Mashiach (Jesus the Christ), we thank You there is forgiveness of sins and atonement through His blood. We repent and renounce in our lives any sin that would separate us from You, the One true God. Enable us to keep our eyes always on Yeshua, the author and finisher of our faith and pray that the inhabitants of Jerusalem would repent and say Blessed is He who cometh in the name of the Lord. Luke 13:35b (KJV).
Numbers 25:7-13 (KJV) And when Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, saw it, he rose up from among the congregation, and took a javelin in his hand; And he went after the man of Israel into the tent, and thrust both of them through, the man of Israel, and the woman through her belly. So the plague was stayed from the children of Israel. And those that died in the plague were twenty and four thousand. And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying, Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest hath turned my wrath away from the children of Israel, while he was zealous for My sake among them, that I consumed not the children of Israel in My jealousy. Wherefore say, Behold, I give unto him My covenant of peace. And he shall have it, and his seed after him, even the covenant of an everlasting priesthood; because he was zealous for his God and made an atonement for the children of Israel.
Repentance for those in Ecclesia that have not been zealous like Phinehas. May we take action through repentance. May God’s wrath be turned away from our nation.
Pray the Ecclesia would abhor sin and seek forgiveness through the Blood atonement of Yeshua so our brethren would not perish in their sin.
Numbers 26:64-65 (KJV) But among these there was not a man of them whom Moses and Aaron the priest numbered, when they numbered the children of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai. For Jehovah had said of them, They shall surely die in the wilderness, And there was not left a man of them, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.
Repentance for the children of Israel and those in the church who have not entered into God’s promises because of their unbelief.
Pray the Ecclesia would believe God and His holy scriptures regardless of what we see happening around us. May we live and experience the fullness of God’s promises for our lives even as Caleb and Joshua did in their generation.
Numbers 27:12-14 (KJV) And Jehovah said unto Moses, Get thee up into this mount Abarim, and see the land which I have given unto the children of Israel. And when thou hast seen it, thou also shalt be gathered unto thy people, as Aaron thy brother was gathered. For ye rebelled against My commandment in the desert of Zin, in the strife of the congregation, to sanctify Me at the water before their eyes; that is the water of Meribah in Kadesh in the wilderness of Zin.
Repentance for rebellion against the LORD’s commandments.
Pray the Ecclesia would sanctify (reverence God in His Holiness) at every turn as a witness to both believers and unbelievers.
I Kings 19:14-18 (KJV) And he (i.e. Elijah) said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: (Jehovah Tsebaoth) because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down Thine altars, and slain Thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only am left; they seek my life, to take it away. And Jehovah said unto him, Go, return on thy way to the wilderness of Damascus: and when thou comest, anoint Hazael to be king over Syria: And Jehu the son of Nimshi shalt thou anoint to be king over Israel: and Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abelmeholah shalt thou anoint to be prophet in thy room (place). And it shall come to pass, that him that escapeth the sword of Hazael shall Jehu slay: and him that escapeth from the sword of Jehu shall Elisha slay. Yet I have left Me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him.
Repent for any of the Ecclesia who have complained before God believing they are the only righteous ones in this present generation.
Pray the Ecclesia’s would know and see there are thousands who have not worshipped any other God or tolerated sin in their lives.
John 2:13-17 (KJV) And the Jews’ Passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem, And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting: And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew the tables; And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father’s house an house of merchandise. And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up.
Repentance for the children of God in both synagogues/congregations and churches throughout the world who would make His house a house of merchandise.
Prayer for revelation and action for true believers in Messiah Yeshua to make His house a House of Prayer for all nations.
John 2:18-22 (KJV) Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things? Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. Then said the Jews, forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? But he spake of the temple of his body. When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.
Repentance for those who would seek a sign.
Prayer for the remnant of Israel and the Ecclesia to discern and believe His words/His scriptures.
Rev. 21:2 (KJV) And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
Jeremiah 3:17 (KJV) At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the LORD; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart.
Repent for the children of Israel and many in the church who are walking after the imagination of their heart.
Pray the inhabitants of Jerusalem would welcome Messiah Yeshua and say, Blessed is He who cometh in the name of the Lord. Luke 13:35b (KJV).
