Greetings, today
Kingdom Reign Church VB has decided to CANCEL all worship services until further notice. The State of Virginia is asking all organizations to appeal to extreme safety by canceling all nonessential gatherings. We do understand our Faith is essential. But, how we practice our Faith must be modified until it is safe for all. This means we have to address the continuity of the CHURCH. There are at least three (3) things we must address for practicing our Faith: a. virtual church gatherings for teachings and fellowship; b. financial support to cover church expenses; and c. practicing safety and prudence as we preserve our well being.
A. Virtual Church Gatherings:
These gatherings will take place via Zoom and Facebook Live.
Kingdom Conversations will be on Zoom every Sunday at 9am,
Worship with The Word on Facebook Live every Sunday at 11am and
Kingdom News every Wednesday at 7pm. Everyone interested in Kingdom Conversations via Zoom just send your email for weekly invitations. In addition, we will continue our Global Kingdom Connections
Prayer and Empowerment Leadership Broadcast via Free Conference Call every Monday and Friday 6am EDT (eastern daylight time) 505-604-9300 / access 562913. In order for us to have Facebook Live broadcasts during these times help is required. Anyone who would like to come on Sundays and Wednesdays to assist with incidental things such as operations, gatekeeping (greeting people coming to inform them our services are canceled) and unforeseen things you are welcome. [email protected]. No one will be allowed in the church during live broadcasts other than those who are assisting.
B. Financial Support:
The financial committee shall have clear guidelines for giving within the next seven days (7). However, until those guidelines are established the church office will be open Tuesdays through Fridays from 10am to 5pm to drop off your contributions. Obviously, you can mail your contributions to 62914 Post Office Box, Virginia Beach, VA 23466. Anyone desiring to continue his or her giving and neither of those options are workable you can contact Pastor Jay Youngblood at the above information. He will have the latest and best guidance for how to give. At this time we are advising against giving through fee based systems such as PayPal, Cash App, etc. Zelle is an acceptable means for electronic giving because it does not charge the receiver any fees and it goes directly into Kingdom Reign's bank account. However, if your acceptable means of giving are fee based platforms we will encourage you to give through those platforms.
C. Practicing Safety and Prudence:
Everyone must take serious these times. Use common sense in everything you do. If your church is closed, your workplace is closed, your community stores are closed, then something must be very serious within our environment. Food, water, exercise, reading, fun indoor entertainment are wise to partake of. For those living in the State of Virginia, we have been informed by credible sources
"EVERYTHING WILL BE SHUT DOWN IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS AND THE NATIONAL GUARD WILL ENFORCE CURFEW. SO GET TO THE STORE AND GET WHAT YOU NEED. BE SAFE ALL I LOVE YOU!"
It is our hope none of these things would be so. However, until they are not we shall live and not die.
